CYBERSECURITY4ALL
Project Objectives
With our project, CyberSecurity4All, we aim to:
Inform and raise awareness to help people protect themselves from online threats.
Examine online fraud methods encountered in different countries throughout the course of the project.
Use the data we gather to establish simple rules and methods for combating online fraud.
Share this information with the public through simple, informative, and cautionary videos and brochures.
Create an e-book featuring intriguing fraud stories, as well as a mobile application developed in Android Studio, to disseminate our products and reach as many people as possible.
Cover topics such as encryption, which secures sensitive data, and two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
Teach participants how secure payment gateways protect customer information during online purchases, and introduce them to the anti-fraud detection systems used by banks and e-commerce platforms to prevent unauthorized transactions.
Educate attendees on safe online behaviour, including how to recognize phishing scams and avoid risky practices during online banking and shopping.
Help participants identify cyberattacks and online scams by studying real-life examples of phishing messages and other forms of fraud.
